WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A King man faces multiple charges after a string of crashes in Winston-Salem on Saturday, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
Around 2:30 p.m., officers responded to a crash in the 7th Street and Broad Street area.
Investigators learned Mitchell Jacob Davis, 36, of King, was driving while impaired.
He reportedly hit at least 12 vehicles on Robinhood Road, Stratford Road, the West End area and the downtown area before the crash officers responded to.
There were no injuries reported.
Davis was arrested and charged with:
- misdemeanor DWI
- misdemeanor transporting an open container of alcoholic beverage
- misdemeanor driving with a suspended/revoked license
- misdemeanor reckless driving
- misdemeanor hit-and-run
