KERNERSVILLE – A Burlington man was shot to death inside a grocery store on Wednesday morning, and a Kernersville man has been charged with murder.
Marco Antonio Vargas Arellano, 40, of Burlington was shot several times inside the Food Lion at 1535 Union Cross Road about 10:40 a.m., the Kernersville Police Department said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
