WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – A Walkertown man accused of killing a 5-year-old boy faced a judge Friday on a first-degree murder charge. Investigators said Eli, who was killed, was placed in a bathtub full of scalding hot water. Eli’s family said they’re devastated about the loss and said he was such a precious, loving boy, and they want justice served.
