WHITSETT, N.C. – One person was shot while in a shopping center’s parking lot. It happened at the Stoney Creek Village Shopping Center in Whitsett. Emergency officials originally said it happened at a grocery store but it was in the parking lot of the shopping center which includes other businesses.
