GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. – Another inmate was accidentally released in Guilford County but is already back in custody, according to an arrest report. According to the report, 38-year-old Jessie Dale Steed was “mistakenly released from jail with an active sentence.” An order for arrest was issued on Thursday and High Point police arrested Steed on Westchester Drive in High Point at about 6 p.m. the same day.
