GREENSBORO, N.C. – Shannon Lee, owner of Shannon Lee Furniture, is offering help for evacuees of Hurricane Helene. Lee, who has specialized in selling High Point Market samples from warehouse stores in nearby Kernersville and High Point prior to relocating the business to Battleground Ave. in Greensboro, posted on Facebook that she and the business will do what they can as people try to get out of the way of the storm, which is expected to make landfall in northern Florida later Thursday before heading through Georgia and the Carolinas.
