15-year-old arrested after shooting threat made to high school in High Point

HIGH POINT, N.C. – A 15-year-old juvenile suspect has been arrested by the High Point Police Department after a school shooting threat was made to a high school. The High Point Police Department said a phone call was made to Andrews High School on Wednesday, Oct. 2 around 3 p.m. stating there would be a shooting. The School Resource Officer was notified about the call and several High Point police officers and detectives responded to the scene.
