RAMSEUR, N.C. – A missing endangered alert has been issued by the N.C. Center for Missing Persons for a woman who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment. Carla Antoinette Leonard, 62, was last seen at McDonald’s, 6770 Jordan Road, in Ramseur wearing a pink shirt, black jean/legging pants, and pink slippers.
