Mayor Emily Sharpe and the owners of The Rosemary gather to cut the ribbon Oct. 18 in commemoration of the restaurant’s public opening on Oct. 19. Following a month of renovations, The Rosemary, located underneath Park Place, opened to the public on Oct. 19. There were no customers present at the time of the opening.
