FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A crash on US 421 is causing heavy traffic delays in Forsyth County.
According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation , the crash occurred near Exit 221 for South Bunker Hill Road on US 421 South.
Traffic camera footage shows what appears to be numerous cars involved in the crash as well as substantial traffic congestion on US 421 South.
There are around 5 miles of traffic backup in the area.
There is no word as to what caused the crash or the status of anyone involved at this time.
