HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — More than a dozen vehicles caught fire at a junkyard in High Point, according to the High Point Fire Department .
Early Saturday morning, fire crews responded to reports of thick black smoke.
Crews arriving at the scene on the 1000 block of Porter Street found a vehicle junkyard with more than 20 vehicles on fire.
A team of 23 firefighters worked to get the fire under control within 45 minutes.
No one was hurt. The fire is currently under investigation.
