The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Beta Lambda Chapter, donated items to several senior citizens and youth programs through their Service Project Initiative. Presentations were made to Mount Zion Baptist Church, Senior Citizen Program; The Salvation Army Senior Citizen Program; and to Bridges to Hope, Family Justice Center of Forsyth County.
Items donated included educational materials, toiletries, snacks, blankets, games, school supplies, Calming Kits, and books. These service projects are conducted annually.
