WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Residents along Harmony Street in Winston-Salem say a growing homeless encampment is making their neighborhood unsafe.
Scattered tents, burned debris and piles of trash now line the street, leaving homeowners frustrated and worried for their safety. Elizabeth Santiago, who has lived in the area for nearly four years, says the situation has worsened over time.
