PIEDMONT TRIAD, N.C. (WGHP) — After a rainy start to the day, we’re continuing to see breezy conditions this evening. Wind gusts have reached nearly 50 mph in the Triad this afternoon and gusty winds around 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph are still possible through the overnight hours. A cold front pushed through this afternoon and temperatures have started to fall this evening with many in the 30s by 9 p.m.
Monday starts off with temperatures in the upper 20s and afternoon highs in the mid-40s. Skies will be mostly sunny with a breeze out of the northwest around 10 to 15 mph.
