HIGH POINT – In addition to introducing 200 new accent and bedroom items, Vintage Furniture is bringing a G-Wagon golf cart worth $30,000 to High Point Market. And it’s giving it away.
“Anybody with a buyer’s badge will be able to enter the giveaway at either Premarket or market,” Vintage President Stillman Johnson told Furniture Today. “It’s a great way to let customers know who we are. The company is just me and my father.”
Vintage Furniture is both a manufacturer and wholesaler, operating its own factory in east-central Mexico, as well as running four retail stores across Louisiana and Texas. It began as a retailer in 1963, before opening up its Mexican factory for wholesale business 10 years ago.
