ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WPDE) — A car ran off the road Sunday morning after bullets struck the car, hitting an abandoned building, according to Fairmont Police Chief Jon Edwards.
The incident happened at the intersection of Walnut and Center Streets in Fairmont.
