RALEIGH, N.C. — North Carolina Governor Josh Stein has issued a State of Emergency for over 30 counties, including two in the Triad, as wildfires continue to rage in our state.
In a press release, Gov. Stein urged residents to be aware of the high fire danger and to pay attention to local emergency alerts and evacuation notices.
