WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Police are investigating after a chase in Winston-Salem.
Winston-Salem police said they began a chase after Joseph Michael Gray, 18, reversed a car into officers who attempted a traffic stop at the intersection of University Parkway and Shattalon Drive around 4 a.m.
