FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A Winston-Salem teen is dead after a car crash Thursday. according to North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
Officials say on March 27 at 4:08 a.m., state highway patrol responded to a fatal crash on Union Cross Road in Forsyth County.
