FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A teenager has died after a crash on Union Cross Road in Forsyth County on Thursday, according to North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
Troopers responded to the crash at about 4:08 p.m. Thursday.
According to Highway Patrol, Armando Medel Ortiz, 17, of Winston-Salem, was driving west on Union Cross Road when he crossed the center line, ran off the left side of the road and hit a tree head-on. He died at the scene…
