KENOVA, WV (WOWK) — Police arrested a man at a Kenova convenience store Saturday morning that was wanted out of North Carolina on multiple counts of felony robbery with a dangerous weapon.
According to Kenova Police, KPD officers spotted Tony Ray Spaulding near the intersection of Barger Hill Road and Route 75 following several days of surveillance by area law enforcement agencies that had learned of Spaulding’s presence in the area.
