44-year-old man arrested for assault at Brixx Pizza in Winston-Salem, police say

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A man was arrested for assaulting a man outside of a Brixx Pizza in Winston-Salem on Tuesday, April 1, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department (WSPD).

Phillip Uriah Allen, 44, was arrested by the WSPD SWAT team and charged with the following:

  • Felony Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
  • Felony Assault with the Intent to Inflict Serious Injury
  • Misdemeanor Assault with the Intent to Inflict Serious Injury in the Presence of a Minor
  • Misdemeanor Communicating Threats
  • Misdemeanor Going Armed to the Terror of the Public

On Wednesday, March 26, around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the Brixx on 1295 Creekshire Way in regards to a fight.
