Teens charged in Asheboro shooting on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Five teens are facing felony charges after a shooting that happened on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Asheboro on March 15, according to police.

They said they responded to the area and a security at a local medical facility called 911 about a person brought to the hospital in a private vehicle with a gunshot wound to the lower leg.
