The case of a North Carolina man who is charged in connection with a fatal crash in Coitsville Township is now in the hands of a Grand Jury.
An employee at Campbell Municipal Court told 21 News the case of 24-year-old Robert Powell of Westend, North Carolina has been bound over to the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas.
Powell is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and OVI. A grand jury will now have to decide whether or not to indict him on those charges…
