GREENSBORO, N.C. — For years, plans for a Publix grocery store on Westover Terrace had been in the works. But that project is now off the table, and neighboring businesses have mixed feelings about the news.
Some business owners said they are relieved. They worried a Publix would bring too much traffic to the area.
