PLEASANT GARDEN, N.C. — Lori Presnell and her husband purchased their home in Pleasant Garden about eight years ago, envisioning a comfortable life in a peaceful setting. However, their recent experience with Triad Carports & Metal Structures, Inc. has been far from peaceful.
In late September 2024, the Prenells signed a contract with Triad Carports for a covered garage. Despite assurances it would be completed in six weeks, the project languished for more than four months, with only a concrete slab and a few supports completed by late January 2025.
