RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — A Randolph County man is facing charges in connection with a child exploitation investigation that began earlier this year.
In February 2025, the Invictus Task Force began investigating a cybertip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The investigation led authorities to identify Earl David Rivers as a suspect.
