WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — A man who was arrested in North Carolina last year in connection with a shooting that left a father and his 5-year-old daughter injured in Northeast D.C. has been sentenced to 156 months (13 years) in prison.
Alante Partlow, 30, pleaded guilty in October 2024 to two counts of aggravated assault while armed and one count of possession of a firearm during a crime of violence.
Officers responded to the 4800 block of North Capitol Street, Northeast on April 23, 2024 around 11:30 p.m. for the report of a shooting.
