REIDSVILLE, N.C. — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested a teenager in connection to a series of car break-ins and vehicle thefts in the Cunningham Mill Road and Benaja Road areas.
Deputies said the incidents happened between May 14 and May 18, 2025. On May 18, deputies responded to a break-in at 117 Capitol Loop. They said the suspect took off in a white Nissan sedan, which had just been stolen from a nearby home. After a brief chase, the suspect crashed the vehicle and was arrested.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the 15-year-old boy used a bicycle to move between crime scenes. He is facing multiple charges, including breaking and entering vehicles, larceny of motor vehicles, and possession of stolen property. He is currently in secure juvenile custody…
