Guilford County Schools superintendent details priorities in budget for 2025-2026 school year

GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Guilford County Schools leaders say they need $947 million from Guilford County to operate and maintain schools during the next school year.

That decision will soon be in the hands of the Guilford County Board of Commissioners. On Thursday, there will be a public hearing to determine how much of their budget to hand over to the school district.
