The Greensboro Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday approved a request that could pave the way for a new luxury townhome development, despite opposition.
The decision will rezone a property sitting on 1.3 acres in the Starmount Forest neighborhood from single-family to conditional, multi-family. It would allow for the construction of ten luxury townhomes at the site.
