Deputies arrest Greensboro man, seize enough fentanyl to kill 3 million people

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A 41-year-old Greensboro man was arrested last week after deputies conducted a search warrant and seized drugs, guns, cars and cash.

According to the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office, members of their Narcotics Task Force conducted search warrants at multiple residences in Greensboro and Danville, Va. As a result of those search warrants, deputies found and seized:

  • approximately 6,000 grams of fentanyl
  • approximately 175 grams of cocaine
  • 5 motor vehicles
  • 23 firearms
  • $222,681 in US currency
