State Rep. Lambeth on WS/FCS’s $46 million deficit: They must ‘figure it out themselves’

FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools budget deficit has continued to rise from what was once $5 million, discovered after a late audit, to where it is today at $46 million and rising.

The past few months have caused feelings of uncertainty, as well as anger and a demand for accountability.
