WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A 28-year-old woman was shot and killed Saturday morning in Winston-Salem, and another woman has been charged with her death, police said.
Officers responded around 7:19 a.m. to the 1200 block of East Twenty-Fifth Street, where they found Breanna Zhane Hunter suffering from a gunshot wound, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives identified 31-year-old Troy Latrece Brown as the suspect and charged her with murder. Police said the incident appears to be isolated…
