GREENSBORO, N.C. — North Carolina A&T State University has completed $30 million in upgrades to student housing just before the start of the 2025–26 academic year.
The improvements include servicing and cleaning 1,500 HVAC units, completing mold remediation in nearly 420 rooms, and finishing major plumbing, electrical, roofing, and construction projects. Drone inspections also helped identify areas needing cleaning and cosmetic repairs, university officials said.
