WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — We are continuing to follow the recovery of four people who were seriously hurt after an explosion inside the Given Coffee Truck.
Luis Patricio, the father of 23-year-old Rochelle Patricio, said she is one of the victims.
