ASHEBORO, N.C. — What started out as a day of shopping turned into a depressing scene for one Asheboro native, Kim Loflin. She was there at the scene of the crime, where two people were shot outside of Marshall’s, one still injured, the other dead.
“We live in Asheboro… nothing like this happens in Asheboro,” Loflin said.
