Silas Creek Parkway reopens after crash with utility pole, Winston-Salem police say

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A busy Triad road was closed for hours on Tuesday due to a crash.

According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, the 5200 block of Silas Creek Parkway was closed between Robinhood Road and Yorkshire Drive because there was a crash involving a vehicle and a utility pole. The call came in around 6:30 a.m. and police said that the road reopened just before 12:30 a.m.

No further information on injuries were readily available…
