WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — More information is coming to light about one of the four people injured in a Winston-Salem coffee truck explosion.
Police say it happened last Wednesday outside the Lawerance Joel Veteran Memorial Coliseum off University Parkway.
