Sunny skies, fall-like temperatures this week in the Piedmont Triad

PIEDMONT TRIAD, N.C. (WGHP) — It’s been a cool and cloudy day in the Piedmont Triad and heading into the evening, our temperatures will continue to fall through the 60s. Skies will gradually clear into late Sunday evening and the overnight hours.

Low humidity, mild temperatures and mostly sunny skies are the main things to look forward to this week. We’ll start Monday morning with temperatures in the mid-50s, which means the kids may need a light jacket at the bus stop. We’ll see afternoon temperatures climb into the low 70s by the afternoon with mostly sunny skies. Northeast winds will be a little breezy at times, adding an additional “chill” to the air.
