GREENSBORO, N.C. (WBTV) – The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has issued a cease and desist letter to a Greensboro dental surgery center where a Salisbury toddler died in July.
The Valleygate Dental Surgery Center in Greensboro was wrapping up a $2 million renovation at the time of the child’s death, according to city and DHHS documents.
