Triad high school wins improvement award

GUILFROD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) —Last year, all of the schools in the Eastern Guilford County school district decided to get all of the teachers and staff together and have a big barbecue lunch to start the school year.

It was an experiment to get them to communicate about students and practices in their schools.
