GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Downtown Greensboro Incorporated just dropped its GSO35: Downtown in a Decade plan.
It’s a plan to turn recent economic momentum from large announcements like JetZero and Toyota into 5,000 new people, 3,000 new jobs, over 100 new or expanded ground floor businesses, 12 million yearly visits and $1 billion in private investment dollars.
