GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A man was arrested on Friday and charged with murder after a fatal shooting in Greensboro, according to a Guilford County Sheriff’s Office news release.
Around 8:30 p.m., Guilford County deputies responded to Starling Court when they were told about a shooting.
