GREENSBORO, N.C. — A new Rent Café report shows Greensboro ranked 8th in the country for year-over-year growth in apartment construction with a 77 percent increase compared to last year.
That surge stands out even more when compared to Raleigh, where apartment construction has actually slowed, dropping 44 percent over the same period.
