GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Guilford County Parks is proposing major spending and increasing its budget over the next decade in a master plan that lays out upgrades and new facilities.
The master plan aims to double the parks’ annual budget over the next ten years and add more than 20 staff members.
