FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A man faces multiple charges after shooting at someone who was driving in Winston-Salem, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office news release.
On Oct. 18, the FCSO was called and told about a shooting on Oct. 15.
