The City of Greensboro is preparing to assist residents who may be affected by a possible stop in federal SNAP benefits during the government shutdown. City Manager Nathaniel Davis said the city is working to help residents access food and support. Greensboro is working with local organizations to share information about food pantries, meal sites, and state resources. These include NC 211 and the Greater High Point Food Alliance.
