HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — Former North Carolina State Rep. Cecil Brockman walked out of jail on Wednesday morning after posting bond yesterday.
Video shows Brockman leaving the High Point Jail on Wednesday morning and leaving in a vehicle that was waiting for him.
Brockman posted on Tuesday afternoon after a judge agreed to lower his bond amount on Monday, according to court records.…
