Police in Burlington seek suspect in convenience store holdup

A convenience store in Burlington was robbed at gunpoint this week by a man sporting a “Forever Blessed” hoodie.

According to Burlington’s police department, this ironically-attired suspect entered Cruziers gas station at about 3:00 a.m. Tuesday and pulled a firearm on the clerk. The suspect ultimately left the business at 728 North Church Street with an unspecified sum of cash.

The police department describes the armed robber as a black male with a medium build and a height of about 6-and-a-half feet. In addition to a dark, “Forever Blessed” hoodie, the man wore a white face mask, blue jeans, and a “faded pink hat” during the robbery…
